Introduction System Overview Reward Structure Distribution Example

1. Introduction

This document defines the Referral Reward Distribution Policy for the PLX Mining App. The system is designed to incentivize genuine user growth while preventing fraudulent signups through mandatory KYC verification.

2. Referral System Overview

  • Each registered user receives a unique referral code
  • New users must enter a valid referral code during Sign-Up
  • If no valid referral code is entered, no referral bonus will be granted

3. Reward Structure

3.1 Reward for New User (Referee)

Upon successful registration with a valid referral code INSTANT

3.2 Reward for Referrer (Existing User)

The referrer (who invited the new user) will receive:

Credited to the Open Wallet
⚠️ Important Condition:
These rewards (PLX tokens) are released in Cloesd wallet and transfered automatically to Open Wallet once the new user completes.

4. Distribution Method

Token Reward Referrer (Existing User) 10 PLX After KYC

Distribution Timeline:

  • New User Reward (20 PLX): Instantly credited after signup (if referral code valid)
  • Referrer Rewards (10 PLX): Held in a Closed Wallet until the new user successfully completes KYC. Once verified, rewards are instantly transfered to Open Wallet.

5. Anti-Fraud Measures

  • Rewards are only distributed if KYC verification is completed
  • Multiple accounts with same device/IP are subject to review
  • Fake, invalid, or self-referrals will result in reward cancellation and possible account suspension

6. Example Calculation

Scenario: User A refers User B

Step 1: User B enters valid referral code during signup
→ User B gets 20 PLX instantly ✅
Step 2: User B completes KYC verification
→ User A receives:
  • 10 PLX tokens (Closed Wallet)
Alternative Scenario: If User B fails or doesn't complete KYC
→ User A gets nothing (Tokens are Locked in Closed Wallet until Verfications.) ❌

7. Policy Updates

The PLX Network reserves the right to adjust:

  • Referral bonus amounts
  • Reward distribution rules
  • KYC requirements

All updates will be announced through the official app and website.
