Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the PLX Rewards app. We never sell your data to third parties.

01 Information We Collect

02 How We Use Your Information

To create, manage, and authenticate your account securely
To process and credit your daily PLX earnings from Spin, Scratch Card, and Check-in activities
To maintain and display your PLX balance and transaction history
To verify your PLX Network account connection if you choose to link it
To send account-related emails such as email verification and password reset links
To schedule and manage your local notification reminders (processed on-device only)
To improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience
To comply with legal obligations if required by applicable law

03 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade infrastructure. Security measures include:

All data transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections at all times
Passwords never stored in plain text — securely hashed using industry-standard algorithms
Row Level Security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data — never another user's
Authentication tokens expire regularly and are refreshed automatically
All reward logic runs server-side — client cannot manipulate balances or rewards
Database access is restricted exclusively to authorised server-side functions

04 Advertising

PLX Rewards displays advertisements to support the free service. We use Google AdMob to serve ads to users.

Advertising Data: Google AdMob may collect and use data such as device information, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data to provide personalised or non-personalised ads in accordance with their own privacy policy.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings:

Go to Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

All advertising practices in PLX Rewards comply with applicable laws and Google Play policies.

06 Data Retention

All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of a confirmed account deletion request.

07 Your Rights

Right to Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to Correction — Request correction of any inaccurate data
Right to Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
Right to Portability — Request your data in a portable format
Right to Object — Object to certain types of data processing

08 Children's Privacy

PLX Rewards is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you believe your child has created an account or provided personal information through this app, please contact us immediately at support@rewards.plxnetwork.com and we will delete all associated data promptly.

09 Changes to This Policy

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Notify users via an in-app notice or email for significant changes
Post the revised policy at rewards.plxnetwork.com/privacy

Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
