Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and OnceReady Studios ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the developer of the PLX Rewards application available on Google Play.

By accessing or using any part of the App, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

02 Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Have a valid email address to create and verify your account
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of virtual token platforms is prohibited by law
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the App by us

03 Account Registration & Security

To use the App's features, you must create a verified account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address during registration — no name is required
• Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent by the App
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password at all times
• Notify us immediately at support@rewards.plxnetwork.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create more than one account per person
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these registration rules.

04 PLX Tokens & Virtual Rewards

You acknowledge and agree that:

• PLX tokens exist solely within the PLX Rewards ecosystem and have no external monetary value
• Your PLX balance is a number stored in our database and represents no financial asset
• We reserve the right to adjust reward ranges, daily limits, or activity rules at any time
• We make no guarantees about the future utility, value, or availability of PLX tokens
• PLX balances are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value
• We reserve the right to reset or void PLX balances if we detect fraud or abuse

05 Daily Activities & Rewards

PLX Rewards offers three daily earning activities. By using these features, you agree that:

• Each activity (Spin Wheel, Scratch Card, Daily Check-in) is limited to once per day per account
• Daily limits reset at midnight UTC — not based on your local time
• Reward amounts are generated server-side and are final — they cannot be disputed or changed
• Rewarded ads must be watched in full — partial views do not qualify for rewards
• Missing a daily check-in resets your streak to Day 1 — we cannot restore streaks
• We reserve the right to modify activity rules, reward ranges, or daily limits at any time

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit daily reward limits or any other feature
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any artificial means to interact with the App
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its servers
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — these must be reported to us immediately
• Impersonating other users, our staff, or any third party
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Providing false information during registration or account verification
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate ad systems to gain rewards without watching ads

07 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials within the App and on rewards.plxnetwork.com are the exclusive property of OnceReady Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• The PLX Rewards name, logo, and brand are trademarks of OnceReady Studios
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

08 Disclaimers & No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Any PLX balance or reward amount will remain unchanged or maintained indefinitely
• The App will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnceReady Studios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of PLX balance, data, or access to your account for any reason
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the App or its services
• Any reliance placed on the App or its content

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (which, for a free app, is zero).

10 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: Request account deletion by emailing support@rewards.plxnetwork.com or visiting our Account Deletion page
• By us: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform in any way

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked immediately
• All PLX balance will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy
• We are not obligated to provide any compensation for terminated accounts

11 Advertising

PLX Rewards displays advertisements to support and maintain the free service.

• Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and may be personalised or non-personalised
• AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy
• Rewarded ads must be watched in full to qualify for PLX token rewards
• Users can manage personalised ad preferences via Google Settings → Ads on their device

By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements as part of the service.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users via an in-app notice or email
• Post the revised Terms at rewards.plxnetwork.com/terms

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team.
