Permanently remove your PLX Rewards account and all associated data.
Deleting your PLX Rewards account will permanently remove your profile, your entire PLX token balance, all activity history, and all associated data. Once processed, this cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
All account deletion requests are processed via email. Follow these four steps:
Use the email address that is registered to your PLX Rewards account. Requests from a different email address cannot be processed.

Account Deletion Request â PLX Rewards
In the email body, include your registered email address. This is used to verify and locate your account.
Send your email to the address below. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Send your email to: support@rewards.plxnetwork.com â make sure to send from your registered account email address.
Here is exactly what happens to every piece of your data when your deletion is processed:

Deleting your PLX Rewards account does not affect your PLX Network account. They are separate apps and separate accounts. To delete your PLX Network account, visit plxnetwork.com/delete-account.

We confirm receipt of your request. Your account is flagged for deletion and access may be suspended during this period.
All personal data listed above is permanently deleted from our live systems and backups.
The deletion request record itself is permanently removed after the legal retention period ends.
